Kristen Stewart Shines with a Dazziling Cast

So, I know what some of you think. Yuck! Kristen Stewart! Twilight! Well, that's a shame, because this is one of Kristen Stewart's best work. She actually shows a range of emotion in her acting in this movie. It's quite a change for her. Whether she attracted you to see this or not, I know Mr. Hemsworth (Chris, that is) did many. He helps Kristen throughout the movie. Also, there is Charlize Theron. Now if you've ever seen her newer film Young Adult, her acting is as good, if not better in this oneYou will truly be dazzled by her performance.

The story is about long ago, when the king of a powerful kingdom, his wife dies. He is devastated. Then later on he finds and meets Ravena (Charlize Theron). She, after her and the king's wedding, stabs him in bed and kills him. She has been doing this ever sense to take down kingdoms. She and her army take down the king's castle. Ravena then takes the king's daughter, Snow White (Kristen Stewart) and locks her in a tower. As the years go by, she eventually escapes. Ravena (now queen) finds this out, and she is furious, because she needs Snow White to be immortal.  She then forces the help of widower huntsman (Chris Hemsworth), to help track her down. As the huntsman hunts for Snow White in the Dark Forest, he finds her, but decides to turn the tables on the queen. It's up to Snow White, the huntsman, their dwarf friends, and others they meet along the way, to come together and take down the queen, and her kingdom.

One reason I knew I would like this is because I loved Alice in Wonderland, which the producers of that movie made this one. It sort of had the same feel with the exceptional visuals and creatures. Also, the acting was nothing but spectacular. However, the scenes showing the queen ruling her kingdom felt very uneven. They added a lot of scenes with Ravena and her brother. After that though, the pacing got much better. So, without a doubt I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes hearing different sides of commonly told fairy tales, or just wants to see and epic battle with Kristen Stewart leading it.
